Job Summary

The Head of Sales applies expertise in selling strategies and methodologies, strategic planning, and execution to achieve defined revenue objectives. This role is responsible for creating, leading, and directing a high-performance sales team that achieves revenue, profitability, and MRR targets while consistently delivering customer value. The Sales Head manages the hiring, onboarding, and compensation plans of new and existing sales team members and develops sales strategies that both accelerate new customer acquisition and deepen existing customer relationships.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, expense controls
  • Meeting planned sales goals
  • Setting individuals sales targets with the sales team
  • Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary
  • Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team
  • Coordinating with the marketing team to generate leads
  • Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge
  • Promoting the organization product and services
  • Understand the ideal customers and how they relate to our products.


Qualification: Bachelor in Science- B Pharma

Experience: 5- 10 years experience in sales


Requirements:

  • Excellent in customer relationship management
  • Excellent in planning and implementing sales strategies
  • Experience managing and directing a sales team
