Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strong instructional and administrative leadership for the Early Years and Primary sections
- Oversee curriculum implementation in line with national/international standards
- Supervise, mentor, and appraise teaching staff
- Ensure high standards of teaching, learning, and pupil welfare
- Promote a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment
- Work closely with parents, staff, and school management to achieve academic excellence
- Lead school improvement initiatives and uphold the school’s values and vision
Requirements:
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Education (Master’s degree is an added advantage)
- At least 5 years’ proven leadership experience in Early Years and/or Primary education Strong knowledge of Early Childhood and Primary curriculum delivery
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to inspire staff and manage teams effectively
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
Desirable attributes:
- Experience in an international or private school setting
- Strong Interpersonal and parent- engagement skills
- Commitment to safeguarding and child protection
