- Make client visits to present and promote products and services
- Conduct negotiations for sales contracts
- Work to ensure that negotiations go smoothly and lead to the purchase of the product or services
- Provide after-sales support
- Maintaining contact with clients with a view to securing further sales/orders
- Identifying potential new clients
- Report on all communications with prospects.
- Report on all consumer assumptions and other relevant market insights.
- Anticipate consumer needs and address them accordingly
