What You Will Be Doing

• Creating highly precise Academic Data Reports and performing methodical analysis to identify problems, detect irregularities, and initiate corrections within 48 hours
• Conducting urgent "rescue" sessions and delivering post-assessment coaching to eliminate obstacles, distinguish knowledge deficits from simple mistakes, and sustain student motivation
• Assessing and integrating new educational applications and materials while prototyping AI/LLM solutions to advance learning methods and address particular challenges
• Collaborating with leadership to enhance tools, dashboards, and mastery benchmarks as the AI tutor platform develops

• Attending marathon meetings or producing generic presentation decks with no visibility into actual results
• Scoring assignments, creating lesson plans, or overseeing conventional educational programs—AI and innovation power our approach

Curriculum Developer Key Responsibilities
Elevate student learning results through AI-powered analysis and immediate academic feedback, evidenced by strengthened metrics including 2× learning velocity, app engagement, lesson comprehension, response accuracy, and decreased negative learning behaviors across the Alpha Anywhere network.
Basic Requirements

• Proven experience in data science or similar function, education, EdTech, or a student-facing role combining analytical and interpersonal elements
• Competence in Google Sheets data analysis (lookups, pivot tables, filtering)
• High emotional intelligence, excellent communication abilities, and a kid-friendly coaching approach
• Track record building workflows and automations using AI
  

Nice-to-have Requirements

• Foundation in learning science, educational theory, or proven success enhancing outcomes via data-driven methods
• Familiarity with Generative AI, prompting strategies, and foundational coding skills (Python, JavaScript, etc.) for interfacing with AI APIs

Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $30 USD/hour, which equates to $60,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
