About the Job

The job consists of below roles and responsibilities :

• Identifying, recruiting customers in Ghana for various categories/ products
• Finalizing orders, overseeing payments, supervising and coordinating complete logistics
• Identifying sales avenues and assisting customers with secondary sales of the products
• Conducting market research/surveys to collect market pluses, pricing and other data to aid business decisions
• Compiling daily/weekly/monthly reports in excel and Power point
• Achieving sales targets/objectives on a monthly/ quarterly/ annual basis
• Should have exposure to multiple regions in Ghana
• Should be willing to do trade marketing and secondary sales tracking along with B-2-B sales
• Reporting to Business head

Skills Required

• Good knowledge of FMCG landscape of Ghana
• Good in selling and negotiations
• Good in excel and reporting skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in English and Twi is mandatory
• Proficiency in French is added skill
