Job Description/Requirements

Nallem Clothing is a leading Fashion house in Ghana, with showrooms at the Accra Mall and Palm Wine Junction (LA) in Accra, as well as a Production Center at the North Industrial Area.

We seek to engage an experienced and dynamic Administrative and HR Officer, with a capacity to drive the vision of the organization to a higher level of efficiency


Responsibilities

  • Assume overall responsibilities for all Administrative and HR functions such as:

HR functions:

  • Undertake recruitment, training and development, performance management, compensation and benefits administration (Salary reviews etc), and staff welfare management
  • Participate in Policy development and succession planning
  • Ensure compliance to Laws and Regulations (Labour laws, Tax laws etc.)

Administrative Functions

  • Plan and Coordinate the activities and functions of all departments (Production, Marketing, Sales and Accounts), towards the attainment of organizational goals


Qualification and Requirements

  • A Degree in Human Resource Management, Administration or a related field
  • At least two (2) years post qualification experience in a similar position
  • Good Computer Skills
  • A Post graduate or a Professional qualification in Human Resource Management will be an added advantage

  • Good Leadership qualities
  • Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulation
  • Thorough knowledge of HR management principles and best practices
  • Knowledge of data analysis and reporting
