Recording daily transactions relating to receipts and payments

  • Minimum Qualification: HND
  • Experience Level: Mid level
  • Experience Length: 2 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Recording daily transactions relating to receipts and payments
  • Preparation of cheque and cash payment vouchers (PV)
  • Preparing cash and bank reconciliation statements and adjusting journals
  • Preparation and submission of PAYE, Withholding taxes and SSNIT contributions for submission
  • Obtain and maintain a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and General Ledger Structure
  • Ensure accurate and timely daily, monthly and end-of-year procedures.
  • Ensure timely reporting to Administrator and Director



Requirements:

  • HND in Accounting
  • Minimum of 2 years experience
  • Knowledge of Tally Accounting Software will be an added advantage
