Senior Accountant

Responsibilities:

• Financial Management: Oversee all aspects of financial management, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.
• Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to accounting staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process, working closely with department heads to develop realistic financial forecasts and targets.
• Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with all tax laws and regulations, including the timely filing of tax returns and payments.
• Audit Preparation: Prepare documentation and support for internal and external audits, coordinating with auditors to address any inquiries or concerns.
• Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement, providing actionable insights to management.
• Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve accounting processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks, implementing controls and safeguards as necessary to protect company assets.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of (15) years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Thorough understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and integrity.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Age limit should be 38 year and  above
