Job Description/Requirements
What you’ll be doing day-to-day
Help determine the process for localizing website pages, forms, blog posts, and other web content across the full Deel site portfolio
Coordinate with local marketing managers on translation requirements of web content
Manage and prioritize the queue of inbound web requests to ensure timely execution and alignment with team KPIs
Manage support and maintenance activities for the web marketing team and ensure that established service level agreements are met
Serve as the co-administrator and primary end-user support contact for web marketing tools and services
Develop, maintain, and evolve online documentation for web marketing processes.
Some Key Qualifications
2-3 years of operational experience; particularly in a fast-paced startup / product-led growth environment
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize tasks
Strong organizational skills
Highly developed attention to detail
Strong multitasking skills
Experience and strong working knowledge of project management and documentation platforms (Jira, Notion)
Experience with localization tools and processes
