We are looking for a Director of Demand Generation and Growth Marketing to join our Marketing organization.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Define, execute, and measure the integrated marketing plan to ensure effective lead generation activities that target the entire funnel to fuel pipeline growth. Focus on the buyer’s journey to produce leads into the pipeline, but also tracking through to revenue for the business
  • Our leads come via our website, inbound calls, and WeChat. We have a mix of inbound and outbound marketing activities. You will dig into the weeds with your team and continue to improve conversion rate at each touchpoint and prioritize accordingly to drive impact.
  • Manage the Growth Marketing team with direct responsibility for performance marketing on direct mail, website, paid search, paid social, affiliate, SMS, YouTube and other social media channels such as DuoYin and WeChat. Help expand, coach, inspire and motivate a 7 person growth team (both organic and paid). Oversee performance tracking and calibration on a daily basis to drive decision making around budget allocations and forecasts.
  • Support scaling existing channels and identify development of new opportunities for growth.
  • Develop evergreen and seasonable campaigns. Report on and analyze campaign performance to drive continuous improvement and testing.
  • Partner with creative and brand marketing team members to develop strong messaging and storytelling for direct response channels.
  • The ideal candidate jumps on new opportunities, gets nerdy about what they do, and works fast and flexibly to get the job done. This is a fast-paced work environment, so attentiveness and the ability to handle multiple projects with ease are a must.


Qualifications: 

  • Strong working proficiency in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken).
  • Minimum of 6-8+ years of multi-channel/omni-channel growth marketing experience, primarily at a B2B company or B2C company selling a high ticket item, managing a significant marketing budget.

  • Must have experience with B2B SaaS in the SMB space.

  • Experience with attribution and mixed media models. Past success with analyzing data, drawing accurate conclusions and adjusting strategy.

  • Experience with conversion rate optimization and hypothesis testing.

  • You have a roll up your sleeves mentality with current or prior experience working in a fast paced, collaborative, highly ambiguous environment frequently wearing more than one hat.
