Job Description/Requirements
What you’ll be doing:
- Setting up and running offline media campaigns on TV, OOH, and radio, as part of the broader ATL strategy across our key global markets
- Analysing and optimising performance in-campaign and post-campaign to ensure acquisition and brand targets are met
- Negotiating with media owners and agencies to implement campaign optimisations and improve pricing
- Contributing to offline buying strategy based on global performance insights
- Testing and validating potential new ATL media channels (e.g. CTV)
What you'll need;
- 2+ years of experience in setting up, running, and optimizing TV campaigns in high-growth companies across several markets
- A profound understanding of key performance drivers on TV for brand and conversion campaigns
- Strong skillset in analytics, negotiations, and project management
- A performance marketing mindset to drive user acquisition and brand metric improvements
Nice to have:
- Experience planning, running, and optimizing OOH and radio campaigns
