We are looking for a dedicated sales promoter to join our marketing team. The sales promoter's responsibilities include attracting new customers and improving profits, assisting with product launches and events, improving knowledge of the product range, answering questions, and addressing customer concerns. You should be able to multitask and deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. To be successful as a sales promoter, you should be passionate about the products and have the ability to inspire others as well. Outstanding sales promoters are able to make genuine connections with customers and tailor their presentations to different audiences.

Job Description/Requirements
General Description:
The Sales promoter shall be responsible for generating sales in both loans and deposits.
Sales and Business Growth
- Responsible for ensuring the achievement of monthly targets.
- Responsible for the marketing and awareness creation of Bank’s Product
- Responsible for the implementation of good customer relationship strategies
- Responsible for ensuring the execution of sales-related activations at the branch level.
- Responsible for ensuring high levels of client satisfaction in service by delivering services professionally.
- Frequently interact with clients to understand their needs and concerns.
- Collect client complaints and work with supervisor to resolve them.
- Responsible for weekly reporting on progress and performance to supervisor
- Responsible for any other task(s) that Management may assign.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification is DBS / HND or Degree
- Minimum of one year experience in sales and marketing or related field
