Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for factory positions, including production workers, technicians, warehouse staff, drivers, and supervisors.
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, recruitment agencies, referrals, and local recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Organize walk-in interviews, job fairs, and mass recruitment activities.
- Coordinate onboarding and ensure recruitment documentation is complete.
- Maintain recruitment records and prepare recruitment reports.
- Build talent pipelines to ensure timely manpower fulfillment.
- Perform other recruitment-related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a manufacturing or factory environment.
- Experience in blue-collar or high-volume recruitment is preferred.
- Strong communication, interviewing, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet recruitment targets.
- Good command of written and spoken English; local language skills are an advantage.
