Through strategic outreach, you’ll identify and engage with potential program participants, facilitating their journey from initial contact to full integration into our network. Job Description/Requirements
Nice To Have:
- Experience in facilitating meetings and discussions with decision-makers to achieve buy-in and collaboration
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholder groups, including making initial contact and nurturing professional relationships
- Ability to convey the benefits of complex programs to potential partners
- Ability to work independently, navigating through challenges to reach targeted goals
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience coordinating communication and activities between multiple stakeholder groups, or 5+ years of experience coordinating communication and activities between multiple stakeholder groups in lieu of a degree
Nice If You Have:
- Experience in outreach, networking, or partnership development, including related fields such as healthcare
- Experience with VA community care networks or military and veteran healthcare systems
- Experience in business development, including in healthcare contexts
- Possession of excellent analytical and interpersonal skills
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills, including persuasive communication and encouraging change and participation among varied audiences
- Possession of excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills
