Job Description/Requirements
- Stay informed about CRM updates and best practices to recommend and implement system improvements.
- Manage and direct the work of CRM analysts and/or contractors.
- Drive the configure, price, and quote (CPQ) process and its implementation in the CRM system.
- Direct the Deal Desk process for large deals and pricing or configuration exceptions.
- This position has does not have direct reports.
- Perform any other related activities assigned by reporting manager.
What you bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- 5+ years- proven experience in commercial operations, sales operations, or a related role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Proficient in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales-related technologies.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable plans.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
