Job Description/Requirements
Position Duties and Responsibilities:
- Experience designing and implementing sales dashboards and reports.
- Knowledge of sales compensation plan design, administration, and analysis.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Proactive approach to identifying opportunities for process improvement and optimization in sales analytics and compensation management.
