JOB DESCRIPTION – MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Job Type: Full-Time

Location: Accra, Ghana

Role Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Executive to lead the promotion and sales of our medical services and products. The ideal candidate will develop and execute marketing strategies, drive client acquisition, and strengthen our brand presence within the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies
• Promote clinical services, laboratory services, and medical products
• Identify and engage new business opportunities and partnerships
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to guide strategy
• Organize outreach programs, activations, and health campaigns
• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance KPIs
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and visibility

Requirements:

• Must reside in Accra
• Minimum of HND, Bachelor’s Degree, or higher in Marketing, Sales, Biomedical Science, Pharmacy, or a related field
• Proven experience in healthcare or medical sales is an advantage
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Good understanding of the healthcare industry is a plus
