Job Description/Requirements
- First Degree in Security Management/ Business related program. General Masters’ Degree would be an added advantage.
- Security Management Diploma/Public Relations Diploma or Supervisory Diploma
- 7 years relevant and guarding management experience
- Clean Police Clearance
- Computer literate on Easy Roster, Payroll, Accounting, and MS Office
- Valid driver’s license with excellent driving experience
Requirements:
- Effective and efficient management of staff
- Ensure that all sub-ordinates (management and security officers) are adequately trained and skilled
- Management of disciplinary process through the monitoring of and action taken on Operations Managers reporting
- Ensure that Managers within the branch are effectively disciplined
- Management of motivational process (guards) through the monitoring of and action taken on Operations Managers reporting
- Ensure motivation of staff
- The monitoring and management of managers usage on the guard requests
- The effective management co-ordination, planning and control of administrative and financial issues in the guarding area
- Identification of individual training needs and staff development
- The planning, completion and adherence to budget
- Control of wage expenses
- Ensures accurate invoicing
- Management and resolution of problems in debtors
- Ensure compliance with all ISO requirements as set out in the Stallion ISO manual and Policies and procedures
- Ensures accurate and timeous submission of reports
- Ensure that site and company documentation is present on site and up to date through audits
- Ensure client satisfaction through consistent and efficient client liaison and site management
- Client sites are adequately serviced (by all levels of management)

- The effective management, co-ordination, planning and control of logistics
- Ensuring logistical reports are accurate and timeous, analyze and action report data Control, management and maintenance of branch fleet and equipment
