Job Summary

This is a full-time role for a Property and Facilities Manager. The Property and Facilities Manager will oversee the day to day operations of the properties under their care and is focused on workforce safety, office layouts, preventive building maintenance, contractor management and health and safety compliance management. A great property and facilities manager is to maintain the owner and tenant relationship in order to maximize profits and act on behalf of the property owners and is responsible for the seamless cash flow.

Job Description/Requirements


  • Keep property led operations running as smoothly as possible
  • Collect receivable accounts and handle operating expenses
  • To manage and execute an efficient, cost effective property management and rental service to customers.
  • To develop and maintain process and documentation for customer move -in following handover from the Sales team
  • Develop a process for customer complaints, recording and feed-back. Liaise effectively with Construction team to resolve complaints in a timely and efficient manner and with minimum disruption to the customer’s enjoyment of the property
  • Implement best practices, procedures and standards in real estate operations
  • Makes sure the infrastructure and equipment in the buildings are always functional and work seamlessly
  • Prepare financial budgets, reports and statements relating to real estate business
  • Conducting regular inspections of properties and facilities to ensure that all is in order
  • Maintain a positive, productive relationship with stakeholders and occupants
  • Provide regular updates and reports and make relevant recommendations
  • Responsible for identifying, analyzing, recommending and implementing major maintenance or remodeling projects
  • Enforces occupancy policies and procedures by confronting violators.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
  • Timeously bill, communicate and collect service charge for the development.
  • Communicate with debtors and collect arrears, institute legal action and write-offs as appropriate
  • Develop and maintain safety protocols including the development of security action plans, systems and directives; management of security guards on shift and continues training of maintenance and security personnel in Occupation and Health and Safety
  • Act as liaison between tenants & property owners for rental unit. Perform tenant screenings on behalf of client.
  • Develop and coordinate a maintenance schedule with contractors to include cleaners, landscapers, building maintenance team, etc
  • Liaise effectively with project construction team to coordinate and address completion of repairs.
  • Secure property by contracting with security patrol service; installing and maintaining security devices; establishing and enforcing precautionary policies and procedures; responding to emergencies


  • Proven experience in real estate and property management
  • Fully understanding real and property management and its financial aspects
  • Ability to keep track of and report on activity
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Competency in MS Office
  • Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
  • Good problem-solving skills to come up with effective solutions when challenges
  • Must have four(4) years expertise in real estate and property management
