Duties and Responsibilities
- Work to ensure that the operations team can deliver the highest quality product at the highest service standards.
- Work closely with the Kitchen staff to ensure correct stock levels are available and quality standards are being met.
- Interact with customers and ensure that their needs are met in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Ensure strict compliance with all relevant Hygiene and Safety legislation and requirements.
- Maintain close, professional links with all suppliers to ensure timely deliveries to stated agreements.
- Required to work on an effective loss/pilferage/wastage prevention scheme.
- Gathering legitimate customer reviews.
