Job Summary
Our company is looking for a Female sales representative to be responsible for generating leads and meeting sales goals. Duties will include sales presentations and product demonstrations, as well as negotiating contracts with potential clients. In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of the sales process and dynamics, and also superb interpersonal skills. Previous experience in a sales role is an advantage.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Prospect for new customers
- Generate revenue and meet sales targets.
- Maintain and expand the client base within your assigned territory.
- Develop a plan for visiting clients.
- Evaluate clients’ needs and build long term relationships.
- Attend meetings, sales events and training to keep abreast of the current developments.
- Preparing and submitting sales reports and delivering presentations if required.
- Initiate contact and follow up with potential customers to present our new products or services
- Maintain up-to-date information on our services and products, industry, competition, and market conditions in order to present them to clients and ensure customer needs are met.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification should be a Diploma in any Business related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good negotiation and presentation skills
- Problem solving skills
- Proven Ability to deliver on set target
- Qualification: Minimum Diploma
- 2 Years’ of experience
Salary: GHC 3000.00 Net
