Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Organise and supervise community-based sales agents
  • Maintain attendance, punctuality, and basic field discipline
  • Support recruitment and initial screening of agents
  • Prepare agents for telecom partner training and onboarding
  • Coordinate field activity and track basic daily status
  • Act as the link between field teams and management
  • Requires regular and consistent presence in the field, alongside coordination work


Qualifications & Experience

  • Previous experience selling broadband or telecom services, including leading or supervising field or community-based sales teams
  • Experience working with commission-based or target-driven teams
  • Basic literacy and comfort using WhatsApp, phone calls, and simple reporting tools
  • Ability to move between field supervision and coordination work
  • Practical field leadership is essential, alongside the ability to communicate confidently and professionally with corporate partners
