Field Sales Lead – Broadband (Community-Based)

Responsibilities:
- Organise and supervise community-based sales agents
- Maintain attendance, punctuality, and basic field discipline
- Support recruitment and initial screening of agents
- Prepare agents for telecom partner training and onboarding
- Coordinate field activity and track basic daily status
- Act as the link between field teams and management
- Requires regular and consistent presence in the field, alongside coordination work
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience selling broadband or telecom services, including leading or supervising field or community-based sales teams
- Experience working with commission-based or target-driven teams
- Basic literacy and comfort using WhatsApp, phone calls, and simple reporting tools
- Ability to move between field supervision and coordination work
- Practical field leadership is essential, alongside the ability to communicate confidently and professionally with corporate partners
