Job descriptions & requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Video Content Production: Shoot and edit high-energy, aesthetic videos for TikTok, Facebook, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts showcasing our premium lighting collections.
- Creative Storytelling: Develop "Before & After" room transformations, product unboxings, and lighting design tips that resonate with Ghanaian homeowners and decorators.
- Product Demos: Confidently present and demonstrate TEKLED products on camera to build a personal connection with our online community.
- Trend Execution: Rapidly jump on trending sounds and visual formats to keep TEKLED ahead of the competition.
- Growth Optimization: Write engaging captions and use hashtags strategically to increase our reach across the Greater Accra region and beyond.
Candidate Requirements:
- Profile: This is a youth-targeted role; applicants must be female and under 35 years of age to align with our brand's target demographic and digital style.
- Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in mobile editing apps (like CapCut) or professional software (like Premiere Pro), After Effects etc…
- Aesthetic Eye: A natural talent for interior styling and understanding how to film light fixtures to look their most luxurious.
- Energy & Confidence: A bubbly, engaging personality on camera is a major plus.
- Ability to work on-site at our Spintex showroom to capture content with our 7,000+ lighting collections.
