Role Description

We are seeking a Spa Host for a full-time based in Accra. The Spa Host will welcome and assist clients, manage appointment scheduling, handle customer inquiries, and ensure a smooth and pleasant spa experience. Additional responsibilities include maintaining the spa's atmosphere, supporting sales efforts, and ensuring clients' needs are anticipated and addressed. The role requires a detail oriented, thorough person to provide exceptional service and uphold the high standards of the Nami brand.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively and professionally with clients and team members.
• Experience in Sales and the ability to promote spa services and products to enhance the client experience.
• Training and an understanding of best practices in hospitality and spa services.
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage service and its integration into creating a premium spa experience.
• Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic tech-savviness to manage appointment systems and ensure seamless client interactions.
• A customer-first mindset with a commitment to providing an extraordinary spa experience.
