This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in Accra. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating visual content including graphics, logos, branding materials, and layouts. Daily tasks include collaborating with teams to develop designs that align with client and organizational goals, refining creative concepts, and executing designs that meet project requirements. Key Responsibilities
- Design high quality visuals for social media, flyers, banners, brochures, event branding, and campaigns
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative concepts and communication materials
- Manage multiple design projects from concept to final delivery
- Maintain brand consistency across all communication materials
- Support video editing and motion graphics projects where needed
Requirements
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field
- Strong and up to date portfolio showcasing your best work
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively
- Comfortable working within a faith based environment
- Experience in video editing or motion graphics is an added advantage
