Job descriptions & requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Draft accurate patterns from sketches, pictures, measurements, and samples.
- Develop and modify garment samples.
- Conduct fittings and make necessary pattern adjustments.
- Identify and correct fitting and construction issues.
- Sew and finish samples to a high standard.
- Guide production staff on garment construction.
- Ensure accurate measurements, proportions, and garment fit.
- Work with the production team to ensure designs are properly executed.
- Maintain high-quality standards throughout production.
Requirements
- Excellent pattern drafting and garment construction skills.
- Strong sewing and finishing skills.
- Ability to work from sketches, pictures, measurements, and samples.
- Good understanding of fit, measurements, and garment proportions.
- Ready-to-wear production experience is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to meet production deadlines.
Location : Haatso, Accra
Salary: GHS 2,500 – 3,500
