Interior Designer

At Aysenur Karatas Interiors, we’re looking for a talented and detail-oriented Interior Designer / Interior Architect to join our growing studio based in Airport Residential Area, Accra.

We’re seeking someone who combines strong technical ability with design sensitivity, and who is excited to contribute to residential and commercial interior projects from concept to execution.

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design / Interior Architecture

• Proficiency in AutoCAD

• Experience with 3ds Max and/or SketchUp• Strong understanding of technical drawings and construction documentation

• Ability to conduct material research and coordinate with suppliers

• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented approach to project management

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Bonus Skills: Adobe Photoshop, rendering software, AI tools, Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities include:

• Preparing technical drawings and production documents

• 3D modeling and visualization support

• Site visits and coordination during construction phases

• Client communication and meeting documentation

• Project scheduling and file organization

Studio experience is a plus, but most importantly, we value people who are motivated, collaborative, and eager to grow.
