Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging lessons aligned with the Cambridge Early Years Curriculum and Montessori principles
- Create a nurturing, hands-on learning environment
- Observe and support each child’s unique development
- Actively engage in physical activities with children — including bending, sitting on the floor, standing, and jumping
- Use your proven experience in Montessori education to foster independence and curiosity
- Collaborate with parents and fellow educators.
Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Early Childhood or Montessori Education
- Minimum of 3 years experience
- Strong understanding of child development and early learning principles.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Creativity and patience in engaging young learners.
