Job summary
A registered Credit Union based in Mamprobi is seeking a qualified and experienced Customer Service Officer to mobilize savings from existing and prospective members. The ideal candidate will engage clients, promote savings products, and support financial growth initiatives.
Job descriptions & requirements
- Mobilize savings from members and prospective clients
- Promote financial products and services
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Support daily customer service operations
- Maintain accurate records of transactions
- Minimum of WASSCE qualification
- At least 1 year experience as a Mobile Savings Officer
- Must reside in Mamprobi or nearby areas
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge in accounting is an advantage
- Experience in microfinance operations is an added advantage
