Working under the guidance of the Head Chef, the Cook is responsible for ensuring that the kitchen is clean and operational.

  • Minimum Qualification: High School (S.S.C.E)
  • Experience Level: Mid level
  • Experience Length: 1 year

Job Description/Requirements

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that food preparation areas are hygienic by cleaning and sanitizing according to established standards
  • Wash utensils and dishes and make sure they are stored appropriately
  • Sort and store ingredients
  • Assist Head Chef and Assistant Chefs with preparing ingredients and dishes


Educational Qualifications & Experience:

  • A Junior High School Certificate
