Job Summary

We are a reputable institution seeking to engage the services of experienced, self-motivated personnel to be employed as an Accounts Officer

  • Minimum Qualification: Degree
  • Experience Level: Mid level
  • Experience Length: 3 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Creating and processing invoices
  • Cross-checking invoices with payments and expenses to ensure accuracy
  • Managing company’s accounts payable and receivable
  • Sending bills and invoices to clients
  • Tracking organization expenses
  • Working with collection agencies on overdue payments
  • Communicating with clients regarding billing and payments



Qualification Required:

  • Must have a Degree in Accounting /Commerce plus or CA level 3
  • Must have a minimum of 3 to 5 years Relevant Experience
