Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Preparing cash and bank reconciliation statements and adjusting journals
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports and analysis
- Preparation and submission of PAYE, Withholding taxes and SSNIT contributions for submission
- Obtain and maintain a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and General
- Ledger Structure
- Ensure accurate and timely daily, monthly and end of year procedures.
- Support budget and forecasting activities
- Monitor and analyze Department Work to develop more efficient procedures and use of resources while maintaining a high level of accuracy
Other Responsibilities:
- Minimum qualification should be a Bachelor’s degree in accounting
- More education or experience may be preferred
- Should have strong analytical, communication and computer skills
- Should have at least 2 years experience
