Key Responsibilities
- Care of the children.

- Care of the teaching materials.
- Application of taught principles to guide students to successful academic outcomes.
- Collaboration with fellow teachers to curate wonderful academic experiences for learners.
- Promoting joyful learning in a Christian environment.
- Ensuring discipline with love and careful thought. Modeling punctuality by always being on time and present.
Qualification and Skills
- A bachelor’s degree in education (B.Ed.) or related field
- Ability to explain concepts clearly.
- Active listening to understand students’ needs.
- Strong understanding of the subject being taught.
- Ability to connect theory to real-life examples.
- Designing tests and evaluating student performance fairly.

Salary: GHS1,800 - GHS2,100
