Photographer (Part-Time)
Location: Accra
Employment Type: Part-Time
Work Schedule: 2–3 days onsite per week
Salary: GHS 1,500 per month
About The Role
A photography studio is seeking creative, professional, and customer-focused photographers to join their growing team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about photography, enjoy interacting with people, and can create a welcoming and enjoyable client experience while delivering high-quality images.
The successful candidates will be responsible for capturing and editing studio photographs, assisting clients during sessions, and ensuring that every customer receives a professional and memorable experience.
Key Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality photographs for studio clients
• Guide and direct clients during photo sessions to ensure comfort and confidence
• Edit and retouch images using Photoshop or other professional editing software
• Deliver edited photos within agreed timelines and quality standards
• Maintain photography equipment and studio setup
• Support clients with pose suggestions and general session coordination
• Ensure the studio environment remains professional, organised, and welcoming
• Communicate professionally with clients before, during, and after sessions
• Collaborate with the wider team to support smooth studio operations
  

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years' photography experience
• Strong photography portfolio showcasing previous work
• Proficiency in Photoshop is preferred; experience with other editing software is acceptable
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional attitude with strong punctuality and reliability
• Passion for photography and creative storytelling
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients or sessions efficiently
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment

• Experience working in a studio environment
• Experience with portrait, lifestyle, or event photography
