Building Architect

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Building Architect based in Legon. The Building Architect will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing architectural projects while ensuring alignment with client needs and project timelines. Regular duties include creating architectural designs, integrating modern techniques, collaborating with project teams, and managing project execution. The candidate will also need to ensure the functional and aesthetic quality of all assigned projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field
• Strong proficiency in architectural design, with a keen eye for detail, aesthetics, and functional space planning
• 5 - 10 years' experience is an added advantage
• Demonstrated experience in project management, with the ability to deliver projects on time, within scope, and on budget
• Proficiency in architectural design tools such as AutoCAD and Revit
• Solid understanding of building codes, regulations, construction methods, and materials
• Experience with on-site coordination and managing multidisciplinary teams
• Familiarity with software development and system integration within modern architectural environments is an advantage
• Strong problem-solving skills, creativity, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
