Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Creative Designer, located in Accra The Creative Designer will be responsible for creating and managing visual designs across various mediums, including graphics, branding, and web design. Day-to-day tasks include conceptualizing and executing creative design projects, developing designs that align with the company’s branding, and collaborating closely with internal teams to meet project objectives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Creative Design and innovative ideation
• Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, including expertise with design software
• Experience in Branding and developing cohesive visual identities
• Familiarity with Web Design and designing for digital platforms
• Ability to effectively communicate design concepts and work collaboratively
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
• Experience within a multi-industrial or multinational environment is a plus
