Job Description/Requirements
What you’ll be doing:
- Coordinating and developing cross-functional projects between finance and operations in the US
- Monitoring regular audits, banking integration, and financial reporting activities across teams
- Collaborating with affiliated banks to facilitate data sharing and coordinate project efforts.
What you'll need:
- Banking and technology background or operations/financial consulting
- Project management experience: scrum or agile skills
- Jira management experience
- Understanding of a neobank business model and some basic accounting and treasury
- At least a 2:1 degree from a top university
- 2+ years of work experience in a fast-paced environment
- Hands-on coding experience with SQL, Python, or R
- Solid track record of taking ownership and leading complex projects end-to-end
- A magic skill to break complex problems into smaller ones and enjoy working with data
- A natural curiosity and will to make an impact
- An interest in the financial industry
