The Senior Developer will be responsible for delivery of a portfolio of high value projects determined by CCLHD Executive and will work closely with stakeholders across the District and Health Intelligence team members to ensure that the solutions meet the business need and are fit for purpose.
About The Opportunity
This position plays a key role in leading the delivery of data and analytics solutions for CCLHD. In this role you will:
- Lead development and implementation of robust data and analytics solutions that provides stakeholders with user friendly ways to support achievement of strategic and operational priorities.
- Provide technical expertise to support the LHD in line with the CCLHD Data and Analytics Strategy.
- Provide expertise advice for planned initiatives and projects. Represent the District at external forums when required.
- Responsible for collaboration with business stakeholders to ensure that the business requirements are correct and clearly understood and can be translated into high-quality, user-friendly data and analytics solutions that meet the business needs.

About You
We are looking for someone who has:
- Degree qualification in computer science or data science and/or extensive demonstrated experience in successfully delivering outcomes that align with the role of the senior developer.
- Demonstrated industry experience in Business Intelligence, preferably within a large health service.
- Demonstrated expert level of business intelligence principles and data modelling as well as extensive development experience in the Microsoft Business Intelligence Stack.
- The ability and the motivation to combine advanced technical skills with innovation and problem solving to define and deliver high quality innovative data and analytics solutions.
- Proven ability to lead projects including implementing effective scoping, tracking and management of technical projects to deliver quality outcomes on schedule.
