Security Personnel

Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security.
• Control access to the premises by verifying identification and issuing visitor passes.
• Observe and report suspicious activities, security breaches, or safety hazards.
• Conduct routine inspections of doors, windows, gates, and other entry points.
• Respond promptly to alarms and emergency situations.
• Assist employees and visitors with directions and general inquiries.
• Prepare and submit daily incident and activity reports.
• Enforce company policies and security procedures.

Qualifications

Minimum of Senior High School (SHS) certificate or equivalent.

No prior experience required (training will be provided).

Basic understanding of security operations and procedures is an advantage.

Physically fit and able to stand or patrol for extended periods.

Good communication and observation skills.

Must have a Ghana card.

Honest, alert, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Willingness to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
