E-Commerce Online Sales Operations Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze daily and weekly sales data using Google Sheets.
• Review performance across several online marketplaces.
• Identify which platforms generate the highest margins and best results.
• Maintain and update internal spreadsheets and performance trackers.
• Work with management to provide reports and recommendations.
• Support pricing and listing decisions by providing clear analysis.
• Assist with general office and administrative duties when required.

Requirements

• Strong skills in Google Sheets or Excel (formulas, pivot tables, filters, etc.).
• Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
• Good general tech skills and ability to learn digital systems quickly.
• Experience in bookkeeping, banking, finance, accounting, or commercial analysis is a strong advantage.
• Ability to analyze large data sets accurately.
• Good communication skills and good English.
• Reliable, organized, and able to work independently.
• Be ready to start immediately if offered a position.

Preferred Experience (Not required)

• Previous work involving data analysis or reporting.
• Experience working in fast-paced or international organizations.
• Strong problem-solving ability.
