Field Service Engineer ? Cat Machines

We are seeking a service engineer with experience in dealing with earthmoving machines (quarry operations) and also have the ability to supervise workshop. This role will be reporting to the Quarry Manager.
Job Responsibilities

• �� Ensure a high level of safety awareness and practices around working area at all times
• �� Ensure optimum machine availability at all times
• �� Exercise supervision and control of workshop staff
• �� Establish and continuously review with Quarry Manager, the workshop?s structure, work flows and job responsibilities in the workshop to ensure work is organized and carried out in the most efficient and effective manner.
• �� Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports to Quarry Manager
• �� Must have a valid driving license
• �� Ensure parts required for jobs are ordered and delivered on time to complete jobs.

Qualification Required & Experience

• �� A good Degree or HND Mechanical/Agricultural/ Automotive Engineering
• �� Excellent communication skills
• �� Excellent MS office Suite skills
• �� 3 ? 5 years hands-on experience on the maintenance & repairs of Caterpillar Equipment (essential) and other brands will be an advantage.
• �� Ability to use SIS as well as troubleshoot with ET and carry out repairs on site is mandatory.
