Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid Sales Executive role based in Accra, with flexibility for some remote work. The Sales Executive will identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth by meeting sales targets. Responsibilities include creating and implementing sales strategies, conducting market research, generating leads, closing sales, and maintaining customer satisfaction through effective communication and follow-up.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Sales, Business Development, and Lead Generation
- Strong Communication, Interpersonal, and Negotiation skills
- Market Research and Analytical skills for identifying customer needs and business opportunities
- Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and Technology
- Effective organisational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields
- Previous experience in consultancy or digital services is a significant advantage
- Adaptability to a hybrid work environment, with the ability to travel locally for client meetings as needed
