Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Going to sale points (Schools, bookshops, book fairs, companies) to market company books.
- Promote and sell books to bookstores, schools, companies and online platforms
- Build relationships with clients and drive sales growth
- Researching and pursue new retails opportunities in both traditional and non-traditional sale channels.
- Prepare regular reports on current sales and performance.
- Provide customer and administrative support.
- Candidate with a valid driver’s license has an advantage.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing or a related field.
- 3–5 years of proven sales experience.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly organized.
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
Salary: GHS2,100 - GHS2,400
