Job descriptions & requirements
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and organizing weekly production schedules
- Ensure health and safety regulations are adhered to
- Assist in the overseeing production processes approved by Management
- Manage the smooth and efficient manufacturing of goods
- Regularly prepare budgets and cost reports for production
- Conduct regular inspections of machinery, workers and the units
- Ensure that inventory is maintained of all equipment, products and resources and that they are properly handled
- Train, supervise and manage the work of junior staff
- Approve regular maintenance work
- Ensure customer orders are completed on time and to budget and that quality standards and targets are met
- Work with other managers to implement the company's policies and goals
Qualifications/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related fields
- Prior experience with production department
- In-depth knowledge of production management, risk management, and safety regulations
- Excellent organization, time management, and leadership skills
- Basic computer skill and with software like MS Office
- Confident and good decision-making ability with attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and desire to work with other team members
