Role Description The Project Delivery Manager is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing end-to-end delivery of client projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and to agreed quality standards. Day-to-day activities include planning project timelines, coordinating tasks across internal and external stakeholders, and managing expediting activities to keep materials, information, and decisions moving efficiently. The role involves monitoring logistics and inspection milestones, identifying risks or bottlenecks, and implementing corrective actions to maintain project progress. The Project Delivery Manager will prepare status reports, facilitate regular review meetings with clients, and maintain accurate documentation. This role also requires continuous process improvement, supporting the development of best practices and tools for project delivery.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, stakeholder coordination, and risk management.
- Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills, with experience in tracking deliverables, following up with suppliers, and resolving delays.
- Candidates should possess Inspection-related skills, including coordinating inspections, reviewing reports, and ensuring compliance with project requirements.
- Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills, with the ability to oversee material movements, documentation, and alignment with project timelines.
- Relevant experience in project delivery within consulting, engineering, construction, manufacturing, or supply chain environments is beneficial.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in remote, cross-functional teams and with clients.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, supply chain, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel, online task management platforms) is advantageous.
