Key Responsibilities
- Plan daily and weekly production activities.
- Assign tasks and set production targets.
- Supervise and coordinate production staff.
- Monitor staff attendance, productivity and performance.
- Coordinate cutting, sewing, finishing and quality control.
- Monitor work in progress and completed garments.
- Ensure production targets and deadlines are met.
- Identify production challenges and provide practical solutions.
- Maintain discipline and accountability within the production team.
- Ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Prepare production reports for management.
Requirements
- Strong leadership and people-management skills.
- Good understanding of fashion and clothing production.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Organised, firm and proactive.
- Previous supervisory or production-management experience preferred.
- Ability to manage production targets and deadlines.
- Pattern drafting knowledge is an advantage but not compulsory.
Location: Haatso, Accra
Salary: GHS 2,500 – 3,500
