Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Officer based in Accra. The Operations Officer will oversee daily operational activities, ensuring efficient processes are in place and assisting with the development and implementation of strategies to optimize business performance. Responsibilities include managing and coordinating operational tasks, collaborating with various departments to achieve organizational goals, analyzing and improving operational workflows, and supporting financial and resource planning. The role may also involve resolving operational challenges and ensuring compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage day-to-day insurance operations, including policy sourcing, administration, and renewals

* Serve as primary liaison between clients, insurers, and internal teams

* Handle client inquiries, provide updates, and ensure excellent service delivery

* Coordinate and follow up on claims from reporting to resolution

* Oversee financial administration, premium tracking, and reconciliations

* Maintain accurate records, documentation, and general office administration

Required Skills
