Multi-Skilled IT & Technical Support Specialist
Job summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Multi-Skilled IT & Technical Support Specialist with a combination of at least two (2) technical competencies in networking, systems, cabling, printers, cameras, or software development. The ideal candidate will support company operations, client installations, troubleshooting, and technical projects while maintaining high professional and service standards. Note: Candidates with more than two skill areas are welcome, but compensation will be capped within the defined budget.
Job descriptions & requirements
- Install, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure and equipment
- Provide technical support to internal teams and external clients
- Perform on-site installations (networks, cameras, printers)
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Maintain proper documentation and reports
- Support system upgrades and new deployments
- Ensure compliance with safety and technical standards
- Minimum: Technical Diploma or Certificate in IT, Networking, Electronics, Computer Science, or related field
- University degree is an advantage but not mandatory
- 2–4 years relevant hands-on experience
- Proven field or operational experience preferred
- Fresh graduates with strong practical skills may be considered

Your salary and other benefits include;
- Company Processed invitation letter, paid Visa and Ticket
- Net salary of 400,000 FCFA per month with 50,000FCFA as living allowance, (after observing probationary period)
- Paid ´Shared´ Accommodation will be provided by the employer in Equatorial Guinea
- Transport or field allowance (when applicable)
- Training and skill development opportunities (subject to mutual interest and agreement)
- One Paid return ticket to Ghana, after the expiration of this 3year contract which cannot be taken in cash should you decide to forfeit your travelling.
- Every other travel to your home country (subject to approval) will be your personal expense.
- Medical allowance of 50,000 xfa bi annually. (counted after probationary period)
- Legal Documentation in Equatorial Guinea after 4-month probationary period
- This is a 3year contract and it is valid until the 01st of Feb, 2029.
- End of service benefit. This will be given only after the expiration of this contract. It will be calculated as 50% of your monthly base salary (per contract) for each year of service.
NOTE:
An initial three-month probation shall be observed and if any inconsistency or incompetency is detected,
- your Net salary might be reduced as well as other benefits
- your services are liable to be terminated without notice (Employee will bear 50% cost for return to home country)
