Key Responsibilities
- Introducing, marketing, and selling the following ERP apps to business.
- Sales App / Software
- Inventory App / Software
- HR & Payroll App / Software
- Customer Relationship Management App / Software
- Identify and prospect new customers within assigned territories
- Conduct regular field visits to potential and existing clients
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions
- Prospect and identify new sales opportunities through cold calling, door-to-door visits, and networking
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals
- Conduct compelling in-person presentations and demonstrations that highlight how our products solve customer pain points
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing the deal and handling paperwork
- Monitor local competitor activity and provide feedback to the management team regarding market trends and customer needs
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and support cases in CRM/support systems
Qualifications
- Minimum of SHS / Diploma (Degree is an advantage)
- Previous experience in field sales or marketing is preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
