Job Summary
As the TDS Operations Coordinator, based remotely in the USA, this individual should be able to wear many hats and pay great attention to detail. Acting as a utility player across the Operations team, this individual will be cross trained in many areas, systems, and processes. As direct support to the Senior Operations Coordinator, you will be assisting on many aspects of the operations side of the business, which includes our technology stack and APIs, print production, customer service, data and reporting, our sales and analytics platform, and more. You will be responsible for managing your prioritized task list, following up with contacts in a timely manner, and effectively communicating with other TDS’ departments. This individual must also be able to balance a fast-paced work environment and stay organized.

Job Description/Requirements
Expectations for Success:Â Â
- Assisting with the day to day needs of various clients
- Creating products and data batches for print runs and digital distribution
- Activate and deactivate cards or codes when needed
- Work with the print team to help process physical print orders
- Proofing our Partners’ digital customer journey flows on retailer websites around the globe
- Handling customer service inquiries that originate from the client, activator, or customer
- Entering retailer margins into the reporting table for new transactions that take place
- Providing updated art and text to online retailers when our Partners refresh their branding, and auditing these changes to ensure they take affect
- Following up on missing merchant IDs and names to enter into our mapping table for reporting
- Creating and monitoring partner accounts for our various tools to ensure we have a current list of personnel and the services are being utilized
- Working with the TDS retail team to help rename and categorize retailers for our sales and analytics tool
- Creating new documentation and fine-tuning existing documentation to ensure it is accurate and current
- Managing your task list and completing those tasks based on priority and deadlines

Requirements:
- This is an entry level position for candidates with 1-2 years experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work with a team and be client-facing
- Excels in a multi-tasking role
- Able to take direction, as well as work independently
- Learns quickly and is able to retain a lot of information in order to tackle tasks accurately and efficiently
- The ability to pivot and think critically is key to growth in this position
- Attention to detail, organized and thorough, with a desire for continuous improvements is key to this role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite & Jira
- Bachelor’s degree is required
